Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our bathroom fixtures and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition – unused, uninstalled, with all packaging and tags
  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used bath and faucet products
  • Custom-ordered bathroom cabinets & storage items
  • Electrical components (circuit breakers, outlets, wire connectors)
  • Any product missing original packaging or documentation

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.)

Damaged or Defective Items
