Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened or used bath and faucet products
  • Custom-ordered bathroom cabinets & storage items
  • Electrical components (circuit breakers, outlets, wire connectors)
  • Any product missing its original packaging or documentation

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Return Shipping
